i got something like this too, but since it was with the digi cam, it was either focused on the water droplets with a hazy colorful background, or foucused on the background and not too clear droplets..you got both! :P
hmm.. just wanna note what lense was this taken with
erm. to be honest, i can't quite remember. haha. could've been my dad's digicam altogether, not sure.
